Tennis, Algorithms, James Murphy, and Music

If you've ever been curious as to what a tennis match would sound like if it were translated by algorithms into electronic music, IBM and James Murphy (DJ and founder of LCD Soundsystem) have an answer for you. Before we get into the music, here is the process - 

So with that in mind, what exactly would this music end up sounding like? Luckily enough, you won't have to wade through the data and music from all 187 matches, because James Murphy already picked out his favorites in order to release a CD of his remixes: Remixes Made With Tennis Data. Here is one of the 12 remixes (my favorite) off of his CD - Match 4
