A few weeks ago, Los Campesinos! released a new single and video all at once.  But just in case you missed it (it happened the same day as "Beatles Day"), Pitchfork  has released their own review of the track.  A slight deviation from their previous album towards a perhaps more melancholy sound, it is, regardless, a great LC! song. 

Today, Los Campesinos! have given the fans more exciting updates.  Due to the departure of a member earlier this summer (Alecks left to continue her medical education), Kim Campesinos! has stepped in as the new vocalist and keyboard player.  

Apart from this new addition to the lineup, the band announced their first single from the upcoming album.  The track, entitled "There Are Listed Buildings", will be sold on 7" vinyl (artwork to the left) across the U.K. on their small tour next month. 

While we await their next arrival stateside and any and all US releases, check out the new video for "The Sea is a Good Place to Think of the Future" below.
