Omar Banos known as cuco is a chicano singer. His first song was released on Sound Cloud around 2015-206. The song was “yeah”. But that song was not the one that made him famous. When he wrote some of his songs like “lo que siento” and “amor de siempre”, he was inspired by sus sentimientos for someone that he cared about deeply, his lyrics were so deep that many of his listeners/ fans connected with so much. He often blends English and Spanish to express his emotions naturally in his songs, showing how love is a part of both his corazón and his cultura. Even when he sings about heartbreak, there’s still ternura in his voice, making his music feel vulnerable, and also deeply relatable.

“Lo que siento” was the one that made him go viral. He says “ Im stupid emotional”. He also talks about how he has gotten cheated on a lot in his past relationships. And he was very hurt by that, so he would daydream a lot not about someone specifically but in general about the idea. He also has said that in a relationship he is very childish. He likes to express himself, and he is a very affectionate person. So since he did not get that in his past relationships he would express himself in the lyrics of his songs and one of them is the song “lo que siento”.
